Directions to Padworth - The hut is on Ramptons Lane which is very narrow. To prevent snarl-ups we suggest a one-way system as follows:

From Burghfield Common - take Padworth Road out of Burghfield Common; after Camp Road on your right, turn left at the next crossroads (just before the 50mph and Padworth Common signs) into Ramptons Lane; the drive to Padworth YMCA is about a quarter of a mile on the left just after a bend.

From Mortimer Common – take Victoria Road out of Mortimer Common; turn left into St Catherine’s Hill and then immediately right; at the end of the road turn left; after Camp Road on your right, turn left at the next crossroads (just before the 50mph and Padworth Common signs) into Ramptons Lane; the drive to Padworth YMCA is about a quarter of a mile on the left just after a bend.

From Padworth YMCA - Continue to the end of Ramptons Lane; at the end of the road turn left; after about a mile turn left into St Catherine’s Hill (at the edge of Mortimer) or continue into Mortimer. Hopefully you will be able to find your route home from there!
