Gift Aid Form

I would like the 1st Burghfield and Sulhamstead Scout Group to treat my membership subscription/donation as a Gift Aid donation from this date forward and for the previous six financial periods (if applicable )

Notes

1. You must pay an amount of income tax or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax we reclaim on the payments (currently 28p for every £1 you give).

2. You can cancel this declaration at any time by notifying the Scout Group in writing.

3. Please notify the Scout Group if you change your name or address.

4. If you pay tax at the higher rate you may be able to claim further tax relief via your Self Assessment tax return.
