District Chess

Three cubs represented Cougar pack at the 2008 District Cub Chess competition. Out of 12 cubs, Ben W was the overall winner and as such goes through to the County Cub Chess competition. Congratulations to him but also a huge well done to the other two cubs, Louis and Ben C who came third and fourth respectively.

On Saturday the 11th of October I won the Pang Valley Cub Scouts chess tournament!!!!

I won 4 games and drew two!

When me and another boy were in the final play off it was very tense, with people whispering things to each other.

Louis came 3rd and Ben C came 4th.

It was a good day for Cougar Cubs!!
