Like a Duck to Water 2010

The Eagle Scouts from 1st Burghfield and Sulhamstead Scout Group enjoyed a summers evening messing about on the water at the Wokingham Waterside Centre in Reading, The Scouts had a great time paddling and getting the Instructors wet, One of their Scout Leaders said ‘I think the Instructors enjoyed it more than the Scouts, and they all had a fantastic time, it is great to see the Scouts gaining confidence on the water'.
The Scouts also learnt a little on how to control the canoes and work together as a team, the weather was perfect to be on the water and the wild life and scenery are stunning and not to be missed,
